flodo is a native macOS todo app with a simple kanban flow: Later → This Week → Today → Done. Tasks move from left to right, giving you a clear view of what matters now.
The philosophy is intentionally minimal. There's no calendar — just four columns. At the start of the week, drag a few tasks into "This Week". At the start of the day, drag a few into "Today". For tasks that truly need it, gentle due dates and reminders are available.
One thoughtful rule: unfinished tasks automatically flow back to the previous column. Today's undone tasks return to "This Week"; this week's undone tasks return to "Later". This nudges you to pick what you truly want to do right now, rather than chasing promises your past self casually made.
Built by Zayn Hao as a personal project, flodo syncs via iCloud across your devices.
Requires macOS 26 or later.
