Doze is a menu bar screen dimmer for Mac designed with AI computer use in mind.
Features
- Dim When Away: Automatically dim your screen after a set delay (default 10 minutes) or dim immediately with a click.
- Restore on Return: Move the mouse, use the trackpad, or press a key to restore brightness. Simulated clicks and keystrokes from tested AI tools do not brighten the screen.
- Keep Computer Awake: Prevent display sleep and screen savers so AI can continue seeing and using apps. Also prevents automatic sleep for downloads and exports.
Doze lives in your menu bar — click the "眯" icon to access settings and controls.
